Especially for military members, Patrick understands our oftentimes unique, complicated, and last minute situations and he does his best to work with you. He worked out my situation in one day and was able to schedule a pick up and drop off date that worked with my schedule.  He also answers his phone on weekends, and really takes time to work with you. Patrick was so awesome! I just PCS’ed to my first duty station and had to ship my car across the country. My mom was dealing with him initially to get my car from their house and he consistently got a hold of her to keep her updated on a driver. I wasn’t expecting my car to get to me for a few weeks and it got to me over a week before I was expecting it. It was delivered in the exact condition that it left on the truck.  Really amazing service. Would recommend to anyone, but especially soldiers.
