He stayed in touch with us, notified us when the car was picked up, gave us progress reports along and they arrived on time. Car arrived as it should without any damage. I have to say they did a great job getting my son's car to him. My son and I had a few communication issues between ourselves but when I talked to Patrick even though I was not very nice about it, Patrick was very professional and cleared up the issue really quickly.
