Especially for military members, Patrick understands our oftentimes unique, complicated, and last minute situations and he does his best to work with you. He worked out my situation in one day and was able to schedule a pick up and drop off date that worked with my schedule.  He also answers his phone on weekends, and really takes time to work with you.
