I had questions about shipping a heavily modified Jeep, and he called me back with answers faster than any other company would even pick up the phone. Next, he worked with me to drop the Jeep of ahead of time since I was moving. And after that, it arrived at the destination ahead of schedule. Patrick was so awesome! I just PCS’ed to my first duty station and had to ship my car across the country. My mom was dealing with him initially to get my car from their house and he consistently got a hold of her to keep her updated on a driver.
